monokeys Mac keyboard sounds & desktop companions
monokeys is a native Mac keyboard sound app with sound selection, tone and stereo controls, saved recipes, scenes and desktop companions. Core playback runs locally. Global sounds require Input Monitoring permission; secure input pauses sounds. Audio quality review is ongoing, and a public download is not yet available.

How it works
Preview a sound locally, adjust its tone and volume, and save a scene. Enable Input Monitoring only when you want sounds in other apps.
Privacy boundary
Input text and key sequences are not saved. Support connects only when you send or refresh a conversation. Optional diagnostics exclude typed text, app rules and device names.
